This weekend saw the opening of the spring season for the Gloucester County Adult Softball League.
Now in its 10th season, the league is made of teams and players from around Gloucester County, with men and women playing together in an informal, yet fairly competitive level of play.
Many of the players have been with the league since it began a few years ago, and their games have been played for the past few seasons at Glassboro’s Little League complex.
Here at South Jersey Local, we love the idea of adults getting together to stay active and engage in a shared sense of play.
