Thanks to the generosity of Fletcher Cox and the overwhelming support from
Cinder Bar customers, over $10,000 has been donated to the Gloucester County K-9 Association.

The funds were raised through the sale of more than 3,400 “91 Smash Burgers” over a three-month period, with $3 from each burger going directly to the nonprofit organization.

The 91 Smash Burger was a limited-time collaboration between Cinder Bar and Cox, the former Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle, who brought his passion for community and food to the project.

The burger featured beef from Cox’s own Texas ranch, Shotgun Cattle Co., and was topped with Vermont cheddar, house sauce, arugula, lemon oreganata oil, and served on a grilled brioche bun.

To celebrate the success of the campaign, Cox made a special guest bartending appearance at Cinder Bar in the Clarksboro section of East Greenwich this past February, drawing fans and food lovers alike for a night of great food, cold drinks, and community spirit—all in support of a meaningful cause.

Cinder Bar is part of the Ciconte’s Restaurant Group, a South Jersey institution for nearly 40 years that includes Ciconte’s Pizzeria, The Village Pub, Landmark Americana, and Ciconte’s Catering & Events. Known for its chef-driven seasonal menu and craft cocktails, Cinder Bar continues to champion local causes and community connection through creative culinary promotions.
