Bringing Out the Dead in Atlantic City

The Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University invites you to a free, immersive celebration of Mexican heritage, vibrant artistry and heartfelt remembrance, with their second annual Dia de los Muertos celebration.

During the event, you’ll find a wonderland of color, music and tradition designed to honor loved ones with joy, creativity and community spirit. Presented in partnership with local Atlantic City Hispanic organizations, El Pueblo Unido of Atlantic City and Organización Azteca, this is a night of art, remembrance and community joy you won’t want to miss!

The free event will feature live music, food and drink, contests for best altar and best Catrin and Catrinas, an artisans market, hands-on activities, face painting, and a pop-up exhibition by artist Noe Jacinto.

The event takes place Sat., Nov. 1, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Arts Garage – 2200 Fairmount Ave., Atlantic City. The photos featured here are from last year’s inaugural event. Photos are by Irvin Moreno.
