Main Street Woodbury has organized a walking ghost tour to explore some of the scary tales from the town’s past this Halloween season!
“Join us as we uncover chilling stories, from the deaths of Hessian soldiers whose spirits are said to still walk among us, to the haunted tales of the historic Friend’s Meeting House,” a post about the event on their Facebook page reads. “Don’t miss this chance to experience Woodbury’s spooky side, history, and a night of frightful fun!”
The cost of the tour is $15. For $45, you can enjoy the tour along with a dinner after at Charlie Brown’s restaurant, which will feature readings with a medium.
The event takes place Fri., Oct. 17, beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting spot to begin the tour is at 5 South Broad Street in downtown Woodbury.
